Nagasaki is a blistering new band to emerge from Toronto's
music scene. Nagasaki , simply put, is heavy. It is
a complex heaviness that deftly veers from a punishing roar to
unexpected tangents that display the band's myriad influences and
virtuoso musicianship. Nagasaki is a trio, but it is a
trio that whips up a thundering wallop of funk, reggae, and fusion:
think Rage Against the Machine, with vocal and guitar shredding that
really means it. Their songs such as Busy Man , Porn Star and Lies, are
angry caldrons quenched in a splash of humour.

The Nagasaki is comprised of Satoshi on guitar/vocal, LePete on bass/vocals, and Bonhomme on drums. Satoshi Nagasaki hails from
Yokohama Japan and studied music in Los Angeles.

LePete and Bonhomme both surfaced from Quebec city.
They've been playing in sevral bands, although came from same place and.
different backgrounds of music.
Together they fuse an intense mix of musical and cultural
influences: songs begin with a lumbering hint of Randy Rhoads then
blast off towards fields reeped by Pantera only to suddenly land in a
surprising patch of folk. Nagasaki is an incredibly
addictive heavy metal confection that demands to be heard.
